Some venues just don’t have a planner to coordinate your ceremony. If you don’t have one, I wouldn’t let my worst enemy plan this important moment without one… there’s something to be said about an ENJOYABLE ceremony, not a hectic one. Let us politely direct your guests to their seats when it’s time, make sure the mic is checked for the officiate, make sure the announcements after the ceremony are communicated, and most importantly- get you down the aisle in style.

• 1 Month of Unlimited Consultation before the wedding
• One on-site, in person site consultation!
• Rehearsal the day before the wedding
• Timelines sent to all vendors involved in the ceremony
• Final phone calls made to vendors involved in the ceremony the week before your wedding
• Ceremony site decor set up (Chair decor, aisle, etc…)
• Pinning of flowers
• Emergency OMG Kit
• Arranging the ceremony line up and making sure everyone is where they should be

DAY – OF COORDINATION                                                Starting at $1599

You’ve done all the work, planned the details, you just need to get your carefully mapped out plan in some capable hands and make sure things are pulled off. This service include a month of unlimited consultation before the big day and up to 12 hours of service on the day of your wedding so that you can ENJOY! First to arrive, last to leave there at every turn!
